Hello,

My name is Kyle Reich and I am the first Hickory Dickory Decks franchise in the state of New York and in the city of Rochester. I grew up in Oklahoma and attended Kettering University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in the field of computer engineering. The best part of my university career was meeting Courtney, who has since become my wife. It was Courtney's father who had heard about the vast opportunities at Hickory Dickory Decks. After a three hour meeting at the head office in Flamborough, Ontario, I knew my career change was in the works. I felt really comfortable with Tom Jacques, who is the founder, and his entire team. I saw an excellent opportunity to take their success with happy deck customers and bring it with me to Rochester. Great customer service and quality products are the foundation of the Hickory Dickory Decks system and I look forward to bringing these successful attributes to New York. Their experience in low maintenance decking, training and support will make my business a success in the state of New York. I enjoy working with people and look forward to creating a beautiful outdoor environment for my customers to enjoy.
